Wow just wow, service has been incredible with communication and being prompt with their time management and getting the job done. They went above and beyond on this one, making sure that the car was clean on the inside along with giving matched up touch up paint. This car looks like it has never been in an accident at all.
Highly recommend! I was searching and searching for an auto body to take my Jeep in after I had a head on collision with a deer. Most places wouldn’t even see me until months out. I called The Machine auto body and they got me right in even on a busy schedule. They took their time and made sure everything was done right. They kept me updated during the entire time my Jeep was with them. They are also very friendly! They even detailed my car before I picked it up. I am so happy I brought my Jeep to get repaired at their shop. Will forever trust them with repairs on my vehicles.
This is my third time to The Machine for different cars over the past 10 years. (No I don’t get in a ton of accidents. 2 times were for the cars my kids drove and one time was from extensive hail damage.) Ever time the vehicles come back looking like new. Further, they take the extra step and clean the vehicles inside and out so well that they have not been that clean since we bought them. Trying a professional group. I highly recommend!
